Facebook Advertising: Yea or Nay?

Gone are the days when getting involved in social media was as simple as saying, "Hey, we should make a FB page for our brand." Virtually every company has a presence on FB, which is an absolute necessity according to the article. Paying to advertise on FB is not necessary to acheive marketing success.

The article includes a quote from Brian Wallace, VP-strategic marketing for Samsung Mobile: "Blaming Facebook for a lack of ROI on your advertising is akin to blaming the internet because no one purchased from your website. Facebook is a platform that attracts close to a billion people and it's ultimately up to advertisers to understand how to optimize this platform for your customers."
